First, make sure you are using the program designed for the environment where you are having trouble. See this link for more information.
If changing the program isn’t enough, your Noise Reduction settings in Advanced Audio Setting may be removing some sounds you want to hear. See this link for help adjusting those settings. This feature is for LifeEar CORE users and LifeEar AMP subscribers only.
