This is shown when you need to redo the personalization. This can be the case if you have:

  1. Never completed the personal profile
  2. Added a new LifeEar® device
  3. Changed the tubes from the app

The red dot will disappear when you redo the personalization. This can be done by going to the menu with the red dot.
